It isn't yet fully functional in IE, the dropdown menus don't appear like they should. Navigation links don't go anywhere. Another one some people might remember: http://www.d2kstudios.com/CSS%20OS/ It has been updated a little; it also looks best in Webkit. I've rigged up a window for an example application (GMail). I expect the problem is due to a lack of support for rgba... Edit: It's now fixed in FF2, but Opera and IE still have problems. Opera especially, it's doing some really crazy things...
