They released a preview of the next CNC Battlecast Primetime on the CNC3 videos page.
The Battlecast vid itself is planned to be released on October 30th, and it's going to reveal some new member of the Kane's Wrath cast.
My guess is that it'll be Mr. Slavik, and probably even the original actor, Frank Zagarino. Added a poll to the topic, if you want to make a guess

Also released is patch 1.09, as well as some stuff for mac users. As usual, it'll be downloadable on the command and conquer page
