Disapointment of an artist.., It isn't right to do things like that... Options

Not a long time ago I saw the picture in the left corner, and I was wondering who is the author..
and some days later I spoke to him and I can't understand why the things are going like that..
As he told me They even haven't any permision to do this ... He only posted the photo to hear your
opinon about it.. and there is also one thing, He wanted to know why he can't even wright on this forum ..

Soldier of Ill was a regular poster on TiberiumSun, and I have no idea why he is not able to post here, if he has registered he should have no problems posting, as we've only banned Christia93 so far.

This banner was made for us by DaTSchikinhed, and we used it because we liked it. Should it turn out to be someone else's work, i will delete it.

Well, if Soldier of Ill doesn't want it to be used as a background for the banner, maybe this one (a screenshot from the final Nod FMV) can be used instead....
Seems to fit to the theme to me

Soldier of ill told me a few months ago he loves having his work used.. I asked him if I could use it in further work, he said yes....

I forgot to credit him on that one.. I've had the image for so long.

Seeing as Blind Crow is also from Russia (like Soldier) I have this hunch that tells me they are connected somehow, I want a reply from them before I will decide what to do.

I really like the image and would like to keep it, crediting him somewhere (bottom of the page), if he wants that.
