Want EA Games to finally hear your voice? Well according to an e-mail they just sent out, now is your chance. QUOTE We'd like to invite you to tell us your thoughts about your playing habits and gaming experiences with Command & Conquer and EA.
Our survey should only take a couple minutes to complete and will help influence the future design of our games. All of your answers and feedback for this survey will remain confidential. Clicking the link below will take you right to the survey where you can send off your thoughts to EA Games. Please share your thoughts about the survey on the discussion board. http://fun.ea.com/cgi-bin24/DM/y/hshB0LBR4v0OvW0CH5s0EfEDIT: After completing the survey, we have collected the fact that the next CNC (CNC4) will be the last game made in the Tiberium series. But the good news, well, another CNC is in the making! There was also some information about what EA wants to include into the game, including MMORG and RPG type style campaigns, new units including one called "the Crawler" which is a mobile deployable base, multiplayer campaigns, as well as objectives into online and skrimish games. Guess we'll have to stay tuned for official word of mouth when the time comes.

I typed a whole page on the question where they gave you the paragraph explaning the new C&C 4 and asked for your opinion, here is what I typed:
Not a whole lot, I don't wan't the Tiberium universe to end, when I read that description, a part of me died, I grew up on Tberian Sun, I love the Tiberium universe, Kane can't die but GDI will not stop trying to kill him so that means it will never end. Like the stupid mario games, Mario always comes back stupider than ever, but when Kane keeps coming back, I'm set for another breathtaking week of non-stop playing, watching the FMV's, that is what you should start doing again, put cool CG videos at the end of every mission, just like Westwood did at the end of every tibsun mission, I look foreward to the cool video's, the Unstoppable video was the best, I kept winning the same mission over and over so I could watch it, the Mammoth Mk. II was the best, if you do make the final Tiberium game you should bring back the Mammoth MK. II, there is a mod for tibwars that includes the Mammoth MK. II, I saw it on youtube and it looks awesome, I bought tibwars deluxe edition, but my graphics card won't support it and I need more space on my hard disk drive after I installed The First Decade, and another thing, why don't you have a page on commandandconquer.com for TibSun and TibDawn, cause I know a lot of websites that are hooked on modding TibSun (www.tiberiumweb.com, and www.ppm.com are awesome.) I would like a reply to this, my email is 2kool4u526axel@gmail.com (P.S. why did you cancel the FPS game Tiberium in the first place, if it was not up to standards then can't you make it up to standards???) Hopefully they will reply.

Meh, I can't answer because I'm just 14 ...also, after faking the age, it seems to be only for americans, asking things like "Which state do you live in?" It also looks like they're going to make their previous mistakes again.. taking famous actors who are (in my opinion) worse than the Westwood ones, killing classic base building with deployable "construction-warfactory-barracks" vehicles.. Let's hope the story will be better than Tiberium Wars' one.

What state do you live in... THEY DONT EVEN ASK IF YOU'RE IN THE US FIRST!!! (faggots... XD) An yearly income of more then $25.000...? Wat... I'm 16... what do they think!? The clock speed, specified in the CPU name... they dont ask for my actual clock speed??? (I think 1.8 differs alot from my OC 2.8 GHz...?)

There are also other.. somewhat propagandic mistakes, like saying that C&C 4 will be "the first RTS with RPG-like player progression", although Universe at War was released in Dec 2007 and has similar ideas implented. They're also saying that Civilization (the game serie) is an RTS game, although it's turn based strategy. QUOTE ('Roani52') An yearly income of more then $25.000...? Wat... I'm 16... what do they think!? Yeah, that was another weird one. If you're a student without an active job (like my brother who completed the survey) everything you can choose is "I prefer not to answer" (at least if you're not faking your answers). Also, they don't seem to be aware that some C&C games have 12+/Teen ratings and many fans of C&C are less than 15 years old (like I said earlier). About the game, the only features which sounded interesting for me were objective-based multiplayer modes and support for 5vs5 matches (10 players in multiplayer).

Some of the questions seemed fixated with the crawler, rather than the game or any views on it Silly crawler, I'm certain I'll hate it. Where's the fun in a mobile all-in-one HQ? EDIT: Just think, the END of the Tiberian world? I'm amazed that EA is willing to do so, unless RA3 sold much better and they're doing this for money related reasons. I'm not one to judge. Here's hoping that they don't screw it up.

QUOTE (jadems @ Jun 25 2009, 09:51 AM) I just want moar FMVs. I want better quality of FMVs and battle scenes after completing missions (like in TD & RA1, TS also had those after some missions). I also want the TD/RA1-like map selection screens back and better music, they were some of the things that created the nice atmosphere in TD and RA1 (TS also has a map selection screen, but in my opinion it isn't as cool as TD's one). I'm not expecting much from them to be honest, they've failed me too many times in the past (RA2, Renegade, Generals, TW, and now RA3). I also think that if C&C4 will sell well, they will continue the serie. QUOTE (Roani52) The clock speed, specified in the CPU name... they dont ask for my actual clock speed??? (I think 1.8 differs alot from my OC 2.8 GHz...?) Hmm, yeah, and the actual power of the processor depends much more in the technology than clock speeds (Compare some old Pentium D or an Athlon 64 X2 running at 2 GHz with a Core 2 Duo running at 2 GHz and you'll understand what I mean).

QUOTE (CommanderSpartan @ Jun 24 2009, 04:04 AM) The thing I hate was the RPG progression, which means it might end up like COD4, which was fun at first, but after a while the fact that everyone that played longer than you had a better gun was really annoying. Eh... No... I was easily able to keep up with the lvl 55 guys (it took me a while before I started multiplayer)... Me with my low level guns and perks, vs. a server filled with lvl 55 people. I thought it was fun, even tough my low level. And so I reached lvl 55. And so some cheater got his key banned from the server I played the most at. And he had the same key as I did... So had to change my key and now I have a lvl 55 hack. It's a pity, but I don't want to start all over or maybe it might be a challenge... But well... I like the idea tbh... QUOTE (^Rampastein @ Jun 25 2009, 10:16 AM) Hmm, yeah, and the actual power of the processor depends much more in the technology than clock speeds (Compare some old Pentium D or an Athlon 64 X2 running at 2 GHz with a Core 2 Duo running at 2 GHz and you'll understand what I mean). Yeah, I know... But still... (I'm kind of proud of my 50% overclock)
