I've had a lot of fun with friends in school (at the end of last school year me and like 50 other kids skipped our first class and played hide and seek in the halls, it didn't go well since the school has camera's. and we all got 5 nights of late detentions which go from 2:24 to 5:15)

I still have 1½ years of middle school (with a hellish class -.-'), 3 years of high school, and a few years in the university (assuming I'm going there).

Theres no doubt that it feels like the forum is comatose or something but I'm not gonna let that slow me down. the only reason i was gone was because my computer was compromised & infected by all kinds of malicious programs. Go Figure i didn't have any backups of my data at the time either. Getting fixed didn't go quickly obviously because i have had a lot going on in these last two years so i didn't really get to focus much on getting it fixed. But hey I'm back & still contributing to the community. I feel indebted to give back tib-web as both Tum-sun & Tib-web gave me so much.

As for the 2012 thing, bah, the world didn't end when the Mayan Calender ended, The world simply changed. For all we know all that might happen is the poles shift their placement, The various countries declare world war 3, & America ends up just like it did in the book "1984". But who knows what truly lies ahead? IMO yes the world & way of life as we know it will end, but not in the doomsday Apocalypse style completely. After all, I carry a sword for a reason, as i expect us to enter a new version of the medieval dark ages again. Now if only i could afford to have some chain mail made out of titanium...

Now, please excuse me while i got back to working on some of my maps & voxels. After all Tiberiumweb ain't dead yet so i got projects to finish & motivation to do so.

1) That 2012 nonsense is... nonsense. You're idiots if you actually believe it'll be the end of the world.
2) TiberiumWeb has surely lost it's active feel but it seems to be regaining a bit of extra life since a few old members have starting popping in again and I cloned the TI forum here.

Wow, I haven't visited this place for ages. I'll admit I started out all TS, visiting Tumsun very often (but not registered then), and everything seemed good and cheery then. But I didn't visit for a bit, and when I came back Tumsun disappeared and I so I more-or-less moved to PPM (which I don't really like either now but that's unrelated).

This place is ok, it's just that all the TS mods I knew and loved back in the day are all gone for years (TSTW D: ), and there isn't much new here as was mentioned. Although looking around now this place isn't totally dead imo, just... semi-active.

unfortunately aren't there many new members here, which also share new modding stuff. I'd love to see some new SHP'ers and VXL'er here, sharing some nice public stuff. Also a new professional and exclusive mod on tibweb wouldn't be bad to boost the activity.

Oh and of course some tibweb VXL and SHP contests would be nice. Maybe one of the mods/admins wants to start one.

The problem is that people generally want forums and sites to give their mod extra publicity, rather than vice-versa.

It won't be so popular if it's only on TibWeb or PPM cause only the guests or members can be there to view. Now if they were at ModDB, or had their own website then it would be popular.

But TI has made the Top 100 upcoming mods at ModDB, so technically the BEST TS Mod on ModDB.

It's not dying soon. The amount of posts per day means nothing; we've had entire weeks with no posts but when there comes something to discuss all the old members are still there. And I'd rather have an inactive forum than a forum filled with useless posts which have been posted "just to keep the place active" (so I agree with Team Black).

Some competition would be nice though.. but the only competition I would be able to enter would be a mapping competition.
