Quick question: does anybody know an alternate way to view the currently running CnC Renegade servers without Gamespy? For some reason I cannot install Gamespy on my computer huh.gif

Press Westwood Online in them multiplayer menu and it will re-direct you to Xwis.

I dont have WOL so I did some research.

Turns out Qtracker does the same thing but faster, although with a confusing interface. Meh, works for me.

Sorry for doublepost.

I didn't want a new topic for this so here's my question.
Are there any good gamemode ideas, maps, mods, anything like that, that will work with 3 players or less? Playing CNC Renegade the way you're supposed to sucks with 4 or less people. Infantry battles are OK but get monotonous quick. The only good one I could come up with was Tag Instagib. Any ideas out there?

(PS I'm asking because I can't join servers, it says 'Joining Server' and just sits there confused.gif )

Could be - although i remeber being able to connect before, on the same computer...

By the way, we need a Renegade section here (Renegade has tiberium!) because I'm making some maps for Renegade and I'll probably post them here, although they're mostly heightfield maps.
