How can I get these new units?, I want to download them, but... Options

As the description sais. I'm finding all these really cool things in here, and I've tried downloading them, but I don't know how to get them in-game.

I know Bittahcommander helped me on this before, but I feel he wasn't all too clear. Either that, or I'm a dummy. Please help?

well firstly, how well do you know rules.ini and art.ini?
if you can add a basic tank, all you need to do is change the entry name (i.e. [TANK] ) to the name of your graphic - tank.vxl, tank.shp, tank.hva

So when I download it, I can clone a unit, and change the entries in Rules.ini? Would I have to modify Art.ini?

Aarg! I know how to extract Rules and Art.ini with XCC, and I know I need to put them in the SUN folder when I'm done, but what exactly do I do?

So, you have a unit. You have rules and art.ini. Currently I don't have those 2 extracted in my TS folder.
You need to add the unit into art.ini (look to the other units how you should do it). Order doesn't matter. Just put it in the begin op art.ini or something.
Then rules.ini, copy a unit, and paste it at the end of the unit list. ORDER MATTERS IN RULES.INI. Oh, and you need to add the unit also to the list with the numbers of units.

I might post some code examples, but not now... Got some math homework to do. I'll do if someone doesn't post it before I do
