I'm proud to announce the first public release of Novus Ordo! This total conversion has been in development for over two years and is more than playable (in fact, I'd argue that the balance is better than regular TS itself). The graphical side is, unfortunately, lacking, but the fun dynamics of the game more than make up for it. There are some graphical errors and missing cameos, but with all the units in place, it barely matters. I will be fixing any pressing issues as time goes on (time-permitting) and I assure you that work on the mod won't stop now, if you want to report bugs then please post them at the main forum for the mod (see below).

I downloaded the mod (I didn't really get to playing it though) and I found it does still have a couple bugs... the Coastal K.O. map crashes as soon as it starts and the path finding of the harvester is completely fucked up on the duel map; it doesn't harvest tiberium by itself (no matter how near you build the refinery to the tiberium) and the harvester doesn't return to the refinery by itself.

I thought I fixed the first bug, perhaps I didn't upload the correct version of the map. As for the second problem, this has been floating round since the map was first put in the mod. It's a bit of hit-and-miss at times and the harvester doesn't go unless you've scouted the tiberium, at least for me. I may just have to remove the map if it keeps acting up. Thank you, though.

This is one of the best mods , but isn't very known.It needs more publicity , because many people don't even know about it. If i had TS installed , i would download , and when i install TS , i will.

Looks bloody awesome, but... I fear if Christian gets past his ban here (again), he'll add stuff from this mod into the dreaded Casero 2... *shudders*

I've downloaded.. and played.. its really awesome! ^^
I'd like to help with the mod, voxels or terrain.
I got a couple of bugs to report.
1. The lightest plane (can't remeber the name) is overlapped by the helipad.
2. 2 or more planes can land of the helipad at the same time

Also, i think its too many differet tanks.
And the Orders nuke is waaay more powerful than both of the Iron Fists SW's together.

That would be silliness on my part. The helipad graphic was never final as R-moremen disappeared before he finished it, really it should have been removed.

Are you sure? I've never seen this bug happen before. Nobody else reported it earlier on, either. If this is happening, it is probably an issue with TS itself and not NO since the helipad code hasn't really been dabbled with.

There are a lot, but I don't think there are too many. The amount of units is comparable to the amount in vanilla Firestorm.

It has a long charge time and is admittedly overpowered (it was either slightly overpowered or vastly underpowered, I chose the former). However, do remember that the missile silo is rather weak and The Order get it far after the Iron Fist radar and Tech Centre, where the IF weapons come from. The IF superweapons together are very effective too, though. The artillery can soften up a large area of the base while the airstrike can down power for a ground/air attack, finish off a major building (CY/WF/ref) damaged in the attack, or even to weaken a structure before doing an aerial bombardment. The nuke has limited tactical options, although can be paired well with the cruise missile.

You should be able to fix that by making the image of the helipad the bib and giving the helipad itself an invisible image (not by Image=none, but by actually making a blank SHP).

Wow i just get my internet back and I'm greeted by this, only one prob angry.gif IT don't work for me!
what do I need to do? just unzip it into the SUN folder?
I have firestorm if that affects it somehow. (shouldent it seems like you need firestorm)

Yes, just unzip it there. Both TS and FS should work just fine, although some maps are FS-only.

dude serious glitch and bug!
everytime i start a camphain it hangs then after that i deploy the tick tank or the artillery and it hangs!
help me! :(
and can u also list down the files that should go in my directory?

The campaign hasn't been done yet, don't bother trying to play it. For the list of files that came with the mod, would the original zip file you downloaded not be the logical place to look?

Well you shouldn't have either units anyway so you somehow managed to extract the 19 files incorrectly.

No artillery units deploy, so you must have installed the mod incorrectly.
