alright so today I got to play TS: Dusk and when I click on its exe it says I have no mouse but I do. So I assume there is something wrong with the exe and decide to play TFADW instead but the normal Game.exe also says I have no mouse. HTF do I fix this? The exact error message is I'm going to try and reinstall directx 9.0c and see if that works.

i had a simialar error with another C&C game, it couldn't detect my USB mouse and whenever i started the game the computer would turn off. I checked the BIOS and it was caused by a freaky combination of glitches and strange yet useless features of windows XP. As for what causes your problem i have no idea

direct x didn't solve it I'll try and convince dad to reinstall the logitech drivers
