Ok it was on tumsun long ago but didnt progress still mainly because of the lack of artist/voxelers/SHPe's

i repost the story:

During the War between GDI and Nod, the Mutants played a few very important roles. Without them, the war would have been quite different, in tactic and strategy.

Later into the war however, GDI and Nod soon became completely obsessed with overcoming the other, that they focused on nothing more. After years, they soon forgot the Mutants, and were no longer in contact with them.

While they fought above the surface, the Mutants hid, gathering intel on the planet's dealings, and stealing technology from GDI and Nod at the same time. They used their Advanced Tiberium Technology to enhance their techs, so that they worked more for them.

When the war was at its finest, battles breaking out every day, a new force came. The Scrin.

The Scrin had overwhelming technology. GDI and Nod formed together to try and defeat them. They were unsuccessful. The remaining GDI and Nod forces retreated to Hammerfest, and even to the Philidelphia, where they try to rebuild in safety.

The Mutants, constantly gathering information, have seen this massacre all across the planet. With their stolen Technology, they begin to build Tiberium based aircraft, tanks, and weapons.

The Mutants soon finished their productions, and arose from the shadows. They led an attack on the Scrin's outposts and a few important facilities. The Mutant Forces had executed their first few objectives. Command & Conquer: Tiberian Assault has begun.

And, to make up for the posts lost at TumSun, here is the unit lists we have thought up so far. Many are most likely subject to change.

Mutant Building list:

Tiberium Processing Plant- The Mutant's source of energy. It's cheap, has excelled power producing capacity, but is highly volatile. When it explodes it will create toxic gas cloud near the explosion point, and may even leak it out when badly damaged.

Mutant Barracks- This is the Mutant Recruitement Center. Its purpose is to ready infantry, human and mutant, for combat against the Scrin, and possibly the

Mutant Refinery- The Mutant Refinery is the key to have an economy. It comes with one Mutant designed Harvestor and can hold more tiberium
than any other refinery, due to their extensive research.

Mutant War Factory- Mutants that weren't skilled at firing weapons are often hired to work on creating machines. The mechanic center is where they work. It primary function is to build vehicles.

Guard Tower- Mutants have modified the light tower to be able to mount a SP03 class machine gun, highly effective against infantry and lightly armored vehicles.

Mutant Landing Zone- This is the Mutant air units producer.

Victory class Tiberium Auto Tower- The Mutant's advanced research on Tiberium lead them to master it into deadly weapons. The Auto Tower can shoot volatile heavy lead Tiberium filled shells at enemy that pierce armor and and is very effective against infantry.

Advanced Tiberium Research Lab- The Mutant's advanced scientists are working on Tiberium in these well protected labs. It's purpose is to give you many of the Mutant's Tiberium based weaponry.

Mutant HQ- The Mutant's leaders direct highly classified operations in these buildings.

Mutant Scrap Yard- The Scrap Yard's main role is to replace vehicle's parts with better ones.

Mutant Construction Yard- The mutant ressoure to build building are located in the junk yard. There building are made by scrap piece of other building.



That's it for the current buildings. Some may change. Now, let's head over to the units.

Mutants:

Units:

Sabateur- Possibly disable units for a certain time,
if sent into a Tech center or Con Yard; undecided

Stealth Mine layer- Stealth mutant unit capable of laying mines.

Vehicles:

"Dekterris" Main Battle Tank- The tank at the front lines of the battlefield, has a long barrel capable of firing a large mortar for damaging vehicles as much as it does infantry.

Scavenger- Rather weak 3 legged mechanical unit. Stronger in forces (Also subject to change in appearance.)

Harcistrape- Tank with 2 smaller cannons,
each firing a Tiberium rail gun based weapon-is more wide than it is long.

Impressioner- Artillery that can fire Tiberium filled shells.

Extracator- GDI based mech, fires human based bullet shells and carries a long range, rather weak,
artillery cannon.

Aircraft:

Coarta- New Tiberium fueled aircraft,
capable of firing a barrage of human created bullets AND rockets.

Coarta Aerial Assault Platform- A rather large Mutant aircraft, it has
2 small cannons and 4 machine gun ports.

Scrin:

Scrin Infantry- Unlike the Mutants, they can't heal in Tiberium, but aren't affected by it either.

Scrin Assault Trooper- This is the Scrin Heavy Gunner. Unlike the normal Scrin infantry, they are able to withstand medium sized infantry forces alone, even against a tank or two.
They carry a Rapid-Fire Heavy Tiberium Handheld Auto Rifle.

Scrin Architect- The Scrin architects are able to easily decipher the simple designs of Human and Mutant based structures. They will easily be able to find the correct
point for a successful capture.


As you can see, we'll need an SHP artist for the Scrin, and a few Mutants.

yes yes progress at last, plus i am working on a new lauange.dll and a new exe with it's own set of ini files for TSTA (Tiberium assualt) so no clutter of your directory and then compact it all in XCC mod creator smile.gif

Black hawk please specify what in the ini's and mix files, for example general art ini rules ini editing, AI editing, engine editing, Dll hacking, exe hacking etc.... you can do.

I'm looking forward to this,
but I have a concern about the minelayer, since it is an infantry it will not be able to deploy, creating a free unit (the mine or mine layer). How do you plan on getting past this?

Actually, the mod isn't on hold. We're waiting on voxels and are in the process of getting SHP artists,

To Warzzone- Denmon is unable to create SHP anymore. He's told me he's ceased making SHP and has been modding Half-Life.

I'm currently working on C&C 3 Voxels, and and soon as I finish my Harvesters HVA, and possibly make 1 more voxel for C&C 3, then I'll start my work with TSTA voxels. Just gathering my imagination up.

And, in case your wondering, it took me 7 straight hours to make the Harvester, so, depending on the voxel, it will take me anywhere from 6-12 hours to make a TSTA voxel.

*update of mine...

This is The TSTA world battle map ( do i need to say more duh!) <_<

SIDES:

Blue : Scrin territories
Light Green : Mutants territories
Orange : UTA territories

Tiberium repartition :

DarkGreen : Area that is little infected and is containing basic life fors (trees, rocks etc) (no human are in those zones)
Yellow : infected by a moderated tiberium exposure. Contain vineferas and sometimes, cruentus ( infected land are present in those zones)
Red : Highly toxic region, the most mutated ares on earth, contain new tiberium lifes that were never seen before. very rich in tiberium.

Other things:

Pink : Warzone areas, fierce combat for the territory are located in those
Gray : Non-Tiberium areas, the population are hide there by the UTA and are fircely defended
Blank : Area that are not recorded, without strategical value.
