A medium-ish wheeled tank, Could this be a series? Who knows?

It is a medium tank, called the "Lancer", armed with a 90mm cannon and coaxial mg on the turret and a fixed mg underneath the foward cockpit for the pilots use. But the problem with the sponge option is that I dont have photoshop. Is there an old version with the sponge option that i can download?
