There's a readme, a .PCX cameo, the voxel, and HVA files included in the zipped folder. The Rules and Art entries are there, but you need to have morphers naval yard tutorial to make full effect of it. I'll get an ingame once I code the naval yards and whatnot. READ THE README! It's important that you do. Trust me.
