Meteor Storm Superweapon?, Trying to make it, but i need help... Options

Im trying to make a meteor storm superweapon, but for the life of me idk how, i saw a topic like this on ppm and here on tiberiumweb in the tutorials, but it had somethen to do with replacing the EMP weapon (wich isnt what i wanna to) i duplicated the pyramid of nod and renamed it "Kane's Pyramid" in a little mini mod im maken for myself and i wanted to add a meteor storm superweapon to it (if its possible) but if its not no biggy
