nice base, I set up my base to the northwest of there because it's easier to protect my harvesters there, the artilleries owned them where you sat your base up.

I don't send my harvies there. I send them to three places: Either, the North, a blue tiberian field. The south east, a green tib field, or the east, below the cliffs, a blue field.

Small Airbase I made... Game: TSR Map: Excessive SE Side: GDI Color: Gold My main base was in the East. This base was an auxiliary airbase I was using for fighter/bombers. I know it could've been steamrolled VERY easily but it was late in the game(comp stomp, 4 Level 2 AIs). Been experimenting with TSR's code over the last few months. I lost a lot of what I did when I switched laptops so I've had to start from scratch. I'd applied some values from RA2 to TS resulting in more frantic skirmishes and quicker promotions for my units. My favorite weapon I made was the MechLaser for the Titans as an elite weapon. Sure the single strikes were weak but it had a high rate of fire. Three Titans were enough to wax one Mammoth Tank. I digress...

Looks good... A bit more helipads, and aircrafts maybe... And a repair bay... But it looks good.

More of the same map: Map: Excessive SE Side: GDI Color: Gold Enemies: Blue GDI, Purple Nod, Unknown(Haven't seen them at this point) Eastern perimeter. Early in game, so I don't have total air superiority. Funny thing, Blue GDI sent a bomber and it got waxed by the CONYARD SAMs and the Abrams II's fifty cals. Northwestern perimeter. Blue GDI sent five Disruptors at it and managed to knock out ONE RPG tower. Juggernauts supporting infantry ensures they didn't take out any more than that. Base Center. CONYARD protected by walls and SAMs. Best bet is to attempt an attack using subterranean units. Primary Tank Battalion. Carnosaur Battalion was initially three Abrams IIs(120mm and a fifty cal). They got two more Abrams IIs and a pair of Mammoth MkIs only recently. Yeah, I renamed a couple units. Brought the Medium Tank back for nostalgia's sake...

map: Dueling Islands I joined a Firestorm game with some newbie, and just to give him a chance, I promised him I wouldn't attack him till he attacked me... Boy did I learn my lesson! Took him an hour, maybe more, till he finally got together an army of about 20 cyborgs & a commando, and made his assault - which phayled miserably! I had too much money than I knew what to do with - my carryall/disruptor attack force was becoming a bit overkill I only needed like, five disruptors to kill his base with But while I was waiting, I was able to make a frikin sweet base

QUOTE (Tore @ Jul 8 2007, 11:29 AM) At least someone uses pavement......... My other two bases were just forward attack bases. They had no real purpose, other to look like Taliban camps. IMO, sometimes just the basic buildings, with a few civilian buildings look good with sandbag walls, it looks like a forward supply/attack makeshift camp. Those pics are wrong, the airbase is the same as the supply base, ill fix it. EDIT: Done Also, anyone know how to get rid of those huge white boxes below my pics?
