Concrete Cliffs? Options

How do people have concrete cliffs on their maps. Is it a mod you have to download? They are usually in a city are there is a parking are up on top of it. If you know where this mod is or how to make these please tell me! Another question. Do these "Concrete Cliffs" over-right the regular cliffs or are the another kind of cliff? If you know then please tell me. I just repeated myself. My last question is that when I install this mod if it is a mod will I still be able to play LAN? Or if they install the Mod to will it work? I lied... ...one more question. Will these cliffs work in "Marble Madness"? I hope so.

I Believe this is what you're refering to. They don't come with marble madness though unfortunately. These cliffs come as a different set and do not overwrite the original cliffs. You wont be able to play online with this installed unless your openent has it installed too.
