Most of the components look good but I'm seeing complaints about the case that it's flimsily built behind all the flashy designs. Here's hoping it's not too much trouble for you. I'm also noticing you didn't mention what power supply you'll be using, since that case does not come with one.

(dual 8800GTX SLI if I have the money)
No, no, and no. The minor performance gain isn't worth spending twice as much on, and not every game plays nice with multiple GPU setups. Stick with a single
8800 GT (I believe that's the Alpha Dog Edition you mentioned) and use the money you save on other components of higher quality (or even go ahead and slap together some liquid cooling with the saved cash, Chiel can put together a bitching cooling system for you in text if he used the extra cash you'd have from not doing GTX SLI as the cooling budget, which would be a VERY large chunk of change; in fact after some simple calculations I've determined that if you used 2 of Newegg's cheapest retail GTXes [eVGAs], it would cost $819.98 without tax, meaning choosing a single XFX 8800GT Alpha Dog Edition would save you $578.66 without tax, and you wouldn't suffer much performance-wise).

Panasonic 61" TV system (1080i

)
Screw 1080i. 1080p is so much better if you can find any 1080p programming, and I imagine FiOS TV has some.
