That's not really true, he was sort of in communication with TheDvD. Anyways, he pays for the TumSun webspace so what goes on there is his business, so its like an employee goes off to start their own company and takes the name with them. I can easily see why he wouldn't just go along with it.
If he's not unhappy then he's gotta be the most forgiving person I've ever heard of in the modern age.

Yeah, i didn't have any contact with him regarding TiberiumWeb at all. Then on the other hand, he did not answer the last two mails i sent him, and he took offline the fansiteads server which was hosting just about every graphics file (including layout graphics).

To keep the community going we just had to switch to TiberiumWeb.

Felix was the founder of TiberiumSun. However he got busy with life and abandoned the site ... he only kept paying for it. He deleted all our images, he didn't support us AT ALL. WTF DID HE EXPECT TO HAPPEN TO HIS SITE?!?! We HAD to move.
