Here's a good one, someone gave a link to it in a Petroglyph topic.
I'll have to give the CNCsource gallery a closer look, (later tongue.gif). It would be a perfect place to get concepts from, as the "CNC3" section contains concepts from both Tiberian Twilight AND TW there.

I can't quite figure out how the deploy animation would be though; but that might be best left to the one who makes the unit

I've known about it for quite a while, though I don't really like it... It seems like a downgraded version of the Juggernaut (it's no longer a mech and it only has 1 barrel).

Also, with all beta images that are related to this (like the sidebar, terrain and also that mission briefing video), it seems like they are just like EA's work. I started to doubt whether this was really Westwood's work, because it really looks like EA's... The downgrade is 1 thing, though not the main thing. Just look at the atmosphere (even if this is just a beta image, and nothing to be used in the final version, Westwood always did make the atmosphere look at least a bit like they wanted to see it in the final version); it's all happy colors, just like in RA2. Even the sidebar is sky-blue like in TW...

i say change the way it deploys so its not up on its legs, recolor it and make it the new nod artillery

You know what, Bittah made some good points.
It really isn't the best design. . . Although it's easy to get jazzed seeing the classic TS GDI logo on a 3D unit graphic...

Tick tank is basically a mobile defence...only for Nod...it would be stupid to make one for GDI...

I like that idea actually... With a few modifications (even if it does deploy so that it's up on its legs) it could make a fine Nod unit smile.gif

when i saw the pic up there that TB put up i thought the same thing. which was that hell this is just a Tick Tank for GDI practically. Which IMO isnt a good idea.

I saw it a few years ago when I was looking for some mention of C&C 3. I think it is a dumb unit. It would make more sense if there was a sensor that elevated to that height instead of the cannon. It looks like a soft easily destroyed target.

IMO, it should be the Nod arty, but it takes about 5-7 seconds to deploy. You can just shoot with it through undeployment, but it's slow and inaccurate.

OK so we'll make it a nod unit, and change the way it looks when deployed.

I can't quite update the poll though, because it doesn't reset - meaning, if you've already voted, it won't let you vote again no matter what I do..

Here's my idea for an alternate deploy image. It's a lot more simpler, and more practical than that crazy tower looking thing roll.gif

LOL, that looks cool, but is it going to be another artillery, a replacement or a different sort of long range vehicle?
