It's a bit too dark, in my opinion. Also because of that the red lighting is too bright, compared to the dark lighting, which makes it look blocky. The blue lighting on top of those cliffs looks very cool. I only looked at the screenshots, I'll download the map some other time, it's kinda late here, so...

I like the lighting actually, but I agree the red light looks too bright.
Other than that I'm really liking what I'm seeing on the screenshots smile.gif

i would put in alpha light posts around important areas and lighting up the map a bit

It actually really looks like it's night (without exaggerated darkness) and it's around an hour everyone's asleep and all lights are out, so I think the alpha light posts aren't necessary smile.gif

interesting an unique tree lay out. I like the transition effect on that avenue. just make the red lighting darker and reduce it's range and your set. And Bittah all major urbanized area have lightposts on during the night to help travelers even in my bumkin town.

Yeah, I agree. It is a city, which is indeed supposed to look man-made, but I doubt people would actually plant the blossom trees wink1.gif

personally i must agree with Aurora about it being too dark overall and yeah i must agree with that red lighting being WAY too bright. please tone it down. also i think some alpha light posts could do in the city as there are street lights and stuff that are on during the night so yeah. also i think his purpose with those tib trees was to have it look like the normal trees mutated into the tib trees but i do agree that some should be taken out as that is A LOT of tib trees in one area. another thing i must say is that IMO its weird seeing a VHM and veins on a snow map but i guess its ok.

anyways im not too impressed with what i see so i may or may not dl it.......i dont know. i think you can do better but i havent seen the entire map yet either so i cant tell just how much effort and time was put into it and i cant tell you what you need to improve on exactly.
