The iPhone. Discuss/comment/argue about it here. I think it's good on paper, but it'd be better if it weren't just tied to Cingular.

IMO apple should just stay the f*ck away from everything. they are trying to branch out too much.
and what bothers me is that they seem incapable to come up with an original name now. Ipod, Iphone, i*insert random name here* and whats worse is that they are going to try and get into the game console making now to. so whats that going to be called the Igame or the Iconsole or Iplay, or some other stupid thing.

iPlay sounds like something they will name it...
I think it would be an interesting gaming console.. may not be the best, but as long as it has lots of music support and custom soundtracks like the xbox 360, i'll be fine with it.

They're already being sued for iPhone. I personally think it's far too expensive and (like all Apple stuff) will break easily. Remember, NEVER buy first-gen Apple stuff unless you're an Apple fanboy. They still haven't realised how Apple use them to effectively beta-test their products.
In other words, if the fact that it's an Apple product (i.e. overhyped, overpriced) doesn't stop you from getting one, wait at least eight months or so for them to release an updated version with all the major breakage problems gone.

Oh, wow. They're just gonna get in more trouble once THAT one comes in the courts, if it does (I'm sure it will eventually). Edit: found this... the iPhone is looking more like a lawsuit magnet than an awesome gadget thing now.
