Sonic Destroyer:

After realizing the efficiency of disruptor waves technology in naval combat, the GDI ordered a quick insertion of destroyers armed with sonic weapons. Sonic destroyers are able to detect submarines and also able to do some heavy damage to any type naval vessel.

Whoa all your units are looking great! They all have a similar concept and design in mind and fit perfectly together.

They're a kind of ship with a hull similar to a catamaran; which was TB's idea for all GDI ships (minimizing the impact caused by tiberian algae), also, I guess, all GDI ships will be equipped with sonic system for that purpose, though that would be mostly unimportant data on the unit's background information, that wouldn't affect gameplay itself.

Because the game trats it like a regular vehicle, Tartan. You can't have everything be as perfect as you want..

There are a lot of different reasons I can think of why that wouldn't have a shadow. one little pic doesn't really give enough information.

And, doesn't that voxel look special to you?
It certainly looks special to me. And if you don't like special things, then maybe you shouldn't have posted that pic in the first place.
