Outer Reaches: An area on the edge of any major population or civilisation, previously of very little importance and now a key military location due it's vast quantities of tiberium. Since Globotech has found it difficult to get any real support to the civilian population, they have reinforced the town to weather against the roaming tiberium creatures and any battles that may break out.

Looks really good!

TI should use terrain palette for those huge walls though..

It's hardcoded nonsense, walls have to use Unittem.pal for some reason.
