I didn´t find a tutorial for this so here it is:

This is really simple. You have to open your GAME.EXE with a hex editor. I use HHD HEX EDITOR, freeware.
All you have to do now: EDIT -> FIND
Then you have to search for langrule.ini,
then name it fangrule.ini or whatever, just that the game searches for a data that does not exist.

LangRule.ini and LangFS.ini are present in the non english versions, its just they have some wired hex name. Extract them and rename them...
