ha ya folks today i will try to do some voxels since im bored of doing maps

my first finished voxel i the allied ranger from Red Alert. ZIP include the vxl only

well, first off, the colour texture and basic shapes are horrible. the shape needs a helluva lot more detail and refining, and i dont even know what to say about the colours. it does have the potential to be a good voxel, but it needs ALOT of work. it also needs remap, and is it normalized?

normalized yes but now i know what you mean, it need what a normal jeep need.

edit : added some goodies (help of black hawk too) remove the incorrect colors, instead normalized and smooted.

better but now you need shading, especialy on the wheel, as withou it it appears square. Try putting darker gray in the corners of the 3x3 gray square.

its all right for you first scratch built voxel. get an in-game pic so we can see it more clearly. gun looks a bit chunky. Try blending the colours, it looks pixelated.
