Here is the new map. I tried to make it lots more decorative WITH capturables. Yes, that was the point of the poll, as probably all of you figured. Please leave comments. Good or bad, i like feedback.

The lighting is also way too intense. Check this tutorial, it's how I learned to use lightposts correctly when I made my first map (I think you know the basics of INI editing/adding rules.ini code to maps): http://www.tiberiumweb.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=972

well it's an improvement. Try to limit capturable buildings as it could lead to unfair tech advantages. Be sure and keep diversity in your maps, do that by putting down LAT, trees, cities, tiberium pits, and any other nonsense your mind comes up with.
