I've never noticed this before until now. Is there a modding program for the game on the 360? Seeing as the 360 is similar to the PC, couldn't you clone a program, put it on some kinda' disk, and then download it? If you had one of those clip-on hard drives, couldn't you apply the program to that?

EDIT: Like how you can add new maps to Halo 3.

Ummm I think I read somewhere, that the controller port on the Xboxs are really USBs, and changing a controller so it could connect to a computer would let you access your Xbox.

There is a USB port on the back of it. Couldn't you mod the game on the computer, and then transfer the changes via thumb-drive?

Oh, I must've been thinking about the original one..

And you need a decode or a dvd image reader on your computer to read the disks. But going abotu modding the disks - I wouldn't try.

I guess. Messing up the disk would cost you another $60.

MODDING THE 360 MEANS BAN FROM XBOX LIVE. You should know that.

I mean modding it for personnal use.

BTW: They really should have a section in Live for hosted modded games. I do realize you get banned for modding on Live. wink1.gif

Oh, well the original Xbox had an official mod called Xbox Media Center, my friend's got it, it's like browsing your computer. I'm not sure if 360's got the same thing

The 360 does, but it only allows you to play music, and download vids, pics, anything, if you have a hard-drive. I found out you can open up certain PC disks in there. I opened up my version of CnC Generals and it allowed me to play the music in gameplay. Try it out if you have Sim City 4, it should work with no problems.
