MRJ was pretty useless anyway, you had to take it so near the enemy base to black out their radar that they could destroy it in a second. And it wasn't very practical either.

To be honest I don't think this method would work very good... I mean what if a player has 2 radars? It can't jam both radars at the same time (while it should be able to).

I just thought about a different different method though. For this method you'll have to sacrifice 1 armor type and give it only to the MRJ. Now give the radar a weapon that has a weapon that can only target the armor type the MRJ uses.
Edit the weapon of the radar so that it will hit the ground after 1 cell (just mess around with the weapon a bit and make sure you set "Lobber=" and "Arcing=" to "no") and give the weapon a short lasting EM effect. Now the radar should disable itself itself with its own weapon whenever an MRJ is near.
The problem with this is of course that the projectile of the weapon will travel 1 cell (you can't get it to travel 0 cells for as far as I know), which means it could impact next to the radar instead of within the foundation of the radar. The projectile is fired from the center of the radar, so I'm not sure whether or not it would impact within the foundation of the radius of the radar if it is 2x2... So if not, you might have to make the foundation 3x3.

I tryed but it fails on your way SMIFFGIG, the invisble weapon does not respond to the attched WH, if it wants to target your game will freeze, if you give it a regular wh it will target everything, damm.
