The terrain looks quite good, but you should edit the lightposts; they're way too strong currently.
You should also avoid using large patches of that green tiberium-colored terrain (forgot what it is called). I'm not sure about the gameplay, it looks like you can have 20 harvesters and they'll all have enough tiberium to harvest (since each player has dozens of tiberium trees next to their starting position). The layout itself looks good (although it could be better).

Also, yeah you're totally right about the tib-fields. I've been playing a lot of TW lately, so yeah
I've reduced the number of blossom trees per field, so that the fields can actually run dry instead of insta-growing
BTW The 3 Kodiaks at the bottom are part of a trigger involving the GDI airfleet. You can see a bunch of Orcas and transports flying around the map, but if it gets too distracting, you can blow up the Kodiaks to stop them from appearing.
