This is my new map

Story: In the beginning of the first tiberium war Dr. Mobius already know what tiberium cold do
he wanted to build a protected city in a desert he code named 2345 he knew that this cold be one of humanitys
last hopes but he died before he cold put the plan in to action but in of beginning the second tiberum war a guy
called Dr Jones fund his plans and gave the plans to GDI they directly sat the plan in to action as first piorty
but they did it in secret in fear of Nod destroying the plan when Kane disapered they finished the water canal
and begun on the city but a second meteor hit the construction site but strangely it didn't turn all the work to dust but the worst fears where confirmed it was a tiberium meteor the area whas beginning to mutate
and hope whas lost now you come in two factions must now fight over the site to mine the tiberium

this is a half mutated half desert area

lacks detail in the form of objects. trees mainly. also try to use more terrain types (like grass).
also, i see a lot of streight angles in cliffs, whis doesnt look very natural

not dling as i dont have time and i plan to keep my TS folder clean from now on without getting thousands of files in there that i wont use half the time.

anyways im gonna go with chielscape on what he said.......no offense but from your WIP topic to this one it doesnt look like youv actually done anything different :confused:

but for what i see (from pics and minimap)
-water is BLOCKY spend your time with your water.....blocky water looks BAD
-your terrain/LATs arent varied (the ground types sand,grass, and so on
-lighting in pics is WAAAY to dark.......at least IMO and i usually like dark maps

ok those are the main points ill go into more detail later if i actually decide to dl and look at it wink1.gif

keep on working on it

ill upload new screen shots soon the screens i uploaded is old

and as i said it still need some fixing

and about the LAT
i have grass,sand,dirt and cracks
the difference is a mutant base and the water is NOT BLOCKY its just some errors i cant fix (its simply not possible to fix them :( )

UPDATE:NEW screen
ill continue to morrow the map look much better now smile.gif

hi! cool you're norwegian too, like me smile.gif Your maps looks great in final sun. But your stuff is kinda... blocky try making them more round. The hill by the water is to ----------------------------------- if you know what I mean Make them more varied. You're good at mapping
