I figured it out, ran the Compatability Wizard, and profit! However.... CnC Windows 95 AKA Tiberian Dawn doesn't want to work correctly, and Red Alert 1? Well... The disk won't even read.

And for RA1 I'd advice using the 3.03 patch. The thipx32.dll isn't useful on RA, it just disables LAN. And Scorpio made a better version of that dll years ago; one that fixes the problem by fixing LAN rather than disabling it.
