check if the files "global mix cache.dat" and "global mix database.dat" are present in your XCC folder.
If not, download the XCC Utils again and copy them in your XCC folder (or replace the broken files).
Yeah, I've thought about those files being the problem because I had to delete them once since XCC Mixer was giving me a C++ Runtime Library Error every time I tried to use it.. and deleting those files fixed the error message problem, but after that this mix file name randomizing problem appeared.
