No, they don't. It's impossible in TS without any serious drawbacks/bugs.

I love the UH-1, simply the best helicopters ever!!!!!

I'll try it ingame tomorrow and post how it is.

This is a very nice voxel - good shape, nice shading, the HVA rotates smoothly (except for a few frames in the tail rotor), and I know HVA rotation can be a bugger to do.
It could probably use a little more remap, but that's not a huge drawback.
(I can see I've started a trend with the initials on the bottom, lol)

I'd vote a spotlight or mr. Huey. A few more votes and I'll put it up there for ya

Iv fixed the hva and made the remap 1 voxel thicker. Thanks for all feedback everyone

hmm, i'm agree with TB, i'm also vote for spotlight . cuz i saw this voxel is better than my voxel. the only sad thing is, the rotor will work if we use a jumpjet locomotor, would if it be cool if TS engine is same with RA2.

Well, it gets a spotlight vote from me. I have absolutely no problems with it.

Just a side note, the helicopter's actual name is the UH-1 Iroquois, after the fierce aboriginal tribe that habited parts of the area around the Great Lakes in North America. The name Huey is just a nickname, which came from the helicopters original designation HU-1.

Well, before spotlighted, the windows should be replaced with some other colour. The blue looks cartoony. Try something from the brown palettes. Also, it's hard to see any weaponry ingame.

Actually, Replacing the window color is a good idea. I say replace it with black windows with white highlghts.

ok ill change the window color, thats because there isn't any i might make some more with some.

EDIT:The black window one their will also be a Briteblue, silver-ish and the defalt blue. sorry but i cant make a gun version

Not really. For example, UH-1C ("Huey Hog") were armed variants used in the US army before the AH-1 Cobra.

There are tens of UH-1 variants out there, each one with different purpose So armed or not, this voxel really does look nice.

Possibly because they used the same engine.

At any rate, the AH-1 Cobra differed from the UH-1 Iroquois in that it was slimmer and designed specifically as a helicopter gunship, therefore more maneuverable than the bigger Huey. At present, the USMC uses the AH-1W Super Cobra. The US Army has phased out their Cobras in favor of the Apache gunship.

Because the Bell Helicopter company took the Huey, slimmed it down, added high-tech weapons systems, closed off the back, and added some new avionics. That new version got the name AH-1 Cobra, and was put in use for the attack helicopter role.

I know that there was an armed version of the Huey already in existence, there is a few I think, but I picked the coolest one.

I know a lot about my favourite helicopter and it's variants, thank you (although I'm not claiming I know everything).

Since you've done a Huey, you think you could do other helos? Perhaps a proper Harpy voxel or maybe a Hind Gunship?
