How do you make a bridge?, i dont know how or if this has been asked b4 Options

So how do i add a bridge? I already experimented with WB some alrdy and the German Bridge dont Work

I r Still a Newb and i have no idea how to do alot of things with WB

Well i was wondering how to add tiberium, but found it in the place where there's buildings under neutral so why don't you try looking for it there because after all.. A bridge kinda is a building because of the health they have for each cell.

Bridges are found under;
Objects>Native type>civilian>structure>bridge1-3

Hope this helps, as a warning bridges can really mess with unit pathfinding if you are unlucky or they scale 2 areas of impassable terrain (ie 2 cliffs).

ok thx but has any body made a level with bridges here before?

And once i make a bridge how would i link it to the bridge reair building and how would i give it the effect that if the two out most sections are destroyed the whole thing collapses?

Sooner or later i wont need to be asking for advice Because im planning on printing the WB manuel.

Its alot easier than scrolling.

All that stuff automatically happens as you just drag the 2 ends into place. I have no idea where to find bridge sections to make already destroyed bridges.

ok i just realized half of what you said when i placed a bridge and i hit my self for it already but now i ask, How can i keep them from going straight through the bridge and staying at ground level?

Im only asking this for future made maps and for now since these bridges are only just above the water i'll and up making land under them t support units.

This puts dents in my plans for the map.

BTW do you have an answere for everything or are you just a pro yggdrasil?

i was testing my map and the pitbull just phased through the bridge, didnt stay above it or anything... OH i no a way i can make this work. But it wont work with a land based map not a water based one

No worries, i think i get what you mean. Havn't had that particular issue, but if the land under the bridge on the cliff it is going off is not impassable then the pahtfinding might phase it through the bridge instead. Try playing with the impassable terrain settings.

Nope dont have an answer for everything, scripting is still a closed book to me.
