The [3TNK] modified into a heavy multi-gun tank, with a radar xD
made for destroy, guns everywhere!
it dont looks detailed in-game but its ok rolleyes.gif

you guys really need more professional people here to give GOOD advices and GOOD criticism...people are just spamming these topics with their "oh cool! lovely unit" or "oh crap. sh*tty unit" comments...

First of all, cut down the amount of remap on the voxel. It just makes it look silly! and so does the amount of guns. How do you think soldiers would fit shooting from each of the fire ports? It does not look too bad, but needs a lot more work. Oh, and like ChrisIchikawa said, make it bigger.

darken the remap a little, and make slightly bigger, and a less guns. for the normals to look good, a barrel needs to be at least 2 voxels wide, and 2 voxels high.

But to tell the truth, i do like it... Re-map should really just be toned down and maybe a little bit bigger.

The fact that you can edit a tanks burst is cool.

no with cooler animations but it can, just check the allied batle fortres (yuris revenge)

The commands used in YR are not available in TS. And you did make this for TS, right? Besides, even though you give the weapon lots of burst, it wont shoot from all of the barrels. They are all pointing in different direction.

Yea, I know that you can make more than one barrel shoot at a time Raynor, but they have to face the same direction like WorManiac said

That's what I was saying, interesting voxel... but you can't make all those barrels shoot, not in Tiberian Sun anyway

the fire anim could be like some litle shoots explosions that apear anywhere in the voxel, it could look strange if u arent shooting to south xD, but its better then see a smal shoot in the centre

Well, I think I know of a way you could keep that idea, but in a slightly different way

I don't know how well it would work in Tiberian Sun, though

What if you made a turret have a bunch of machine guns on the outside, instead of the whole tank having guns bristling off of it. I'm pretty sure there's some type of coding that allows the turret to always rotate

So the turret will have all those guns on the outside, make the turret spin rather fast, and then it will look like the turret is spinning and each gun on the outside is shooting one at a time in one direction (sort of like a gatling gun)

Just an idea out there ::shrug::

I know that is not very practical, but it's something slightly different!

Oh yea, if you put turret=yes, even if it doesn't have a turret it will still act like it has one. This way you can get the single tank to shoot out of all sides as if it were shooting from the cannons
