Having issue editing the units and adding new units Options

Hello all, i am having a difficulty here:

I used a program called TibEd. and apparently i can use it to change units around. but when i saw this forum^^^( and i mean like how can i add these new units simplehanded??)

Is there a tutorial somewhere that allows me to add units in firestorm? i got the game, but im not sure which directory to put into.

And is the SHPS pack where i can uploaded units?? on TiBeD it says i can add new vehicles and stuff and infantrys as well, but i dont know like the URL image and all that stuff.
