Scrin Logo Options

I was just emailed by EA the Scrin Logo take a look

Didn't they give the scrin (or at least the aliens) a logo in Renegade? It looked like 3 triangles... Seeming it's the same people who also worked on Renegade are also working on C&C3 it's rather funny they aren't using the that same logo THEY made.
It honestly doesn't bother me anyway though, because of the fact they made the logo. Apparently they don't even care about the continuity of their own work.

Anyway, about the logo itself... It does look nice, but to be honest it doesn't look like it was the aliens (the Scrin?) who designed that logo, but more like a logo that was designed by humans for the aliens.
I say this because it actually has bugs in it, which would make a lot of sense if these "aliens" were actually from earth, because they'd intentionally want to make a logo that can be compared with existing logo's of existing factions and still be unique (just like GDI and Nod have a unique animal in their logo). However, seeming they aren't from earth it's rather odd that their logo has just like GDI's and Nod's logo an animal in it (or a creature for that matter). If the aliens designed the logo they would have had no knowledge of GDI's and NOd's logo and thus the logo they designed should not be comparable with GDI's and Nod's logo.
So my obvious problem is that the Scrin's logo has things in common with GDI's and Nod's logo that it shouldn't have. There should not have been a creature in the logo in my opinion. Also (for those who don't know), the symbols around the logo aren't part of the logo itself according to Apoc/Predator.
But... There's of course also the possibility the Scrin didn't make themselves a logo and their logo was actually assigned to them (and designed) by humans. In that case it would make a lot of sense the logo has these creatures (bugs) in it, because to humans that's probably the main thing what makes the aliens unique from the other factions (GDI and Nod). But again, if the aliens designed that logo themselves it wouldn't make sense because bugs are obviously nothing special for them.
