How do I make a working 10p map?, egleagh, shooda hooda gagglesnobff

The patch works perfect, but there are no maps that I know of that can support more than 8. The only thing I could think of would be to put 2 more waypoints on the map (#8 and #9), and hope the game would translate them into player locations. That obviously didn't work.
