You can edit out the truck part into a box, or just make it look the same when deployed and convert it into an SHP using Paintshop and the TS pallete.... Although I have absolutely no time to do it for you guys... If you dont want to wait: Create a copy of the Nod Helipad, set it similar to the deployed tick tank, and make sure it undeploys into the mobile helipad truck. Also make sure to have the Truck be able to deploy into the copy of the helipad.
