Fixed Emoticons Options

[Lin Kuei Ominae]

Since most of the emoticons have this little annoying white border, i thought we could fix them all together and collect the fixed ones here.
If everyone is doing only 2-3, this should fix already quite a lot of them.

The boxer one still has some white pixels.

yeah, this one is a lot harder to fix and i didn't put much effort in it.
I gave the other ones a complete new border, but the boxers border moves and is partly hidden every other frame, so that it's hard to replace it with a new one using a layer drawn on top of it.
