IE: Component tower with RPG.

I can't get them to work, I place the component tower, doubble click and select RPG as it's add-on. In game it has nothing.

Same for power plants and turbines.

PS: Also game auto repairs the players buildings, how do I make it not do that?

Any way to have aircraft on a helipad, or do I have to tell them to move as soon as the map starts?

EDIT: When I give buildings an add-on it makes them at full health, I want them slightly damaged.
