PPM Disaster, Help. Options

I have a mod that I want to post. I've been working for a few months on it. I wouldn't post it here, because I wouldn't get much feedback. PPM is where the mods go.
However, I've said this before, but I can't register at PPM. I know I shouldn't have, but I have created three accounts with all the Emails that first come to mind. Everything was done right. And I was all registered. None of the accounts worked. I seem to be the only one who can't register. I'd speak with Banshee here, but he visits a few times a year I guess. Could someone discuss this with Banshee at PPM via PM?

(P.S, I'd like some help with the mod )

here's an idea. Post your mod here, while you might not get much attention here it would bring some activity to tibweb which is one of the things you have talked about so much in trying to have happen here. After posting it here, you can still try to talk to Banshee about fixing your problems over at PPM and you could potentially have someone like Aro, who has News Posting abilities over at PPM last time i checked anyways, to perhaps mention the release of your mod in the news over there and link to it here thus directing PPM goers to visit here and possibly comment on here thus creating activity here.

oh and for your sake i left Banshee an offline message on MSN telling him about your problem and linking him to this topic. So you may have a visit from him on here if he gets it.

I'd recommend you to post it here and PPM, afterall you've always talked about making Tibweb more active. You also have a high chance of getting flamed at PPM if your mod's quality (both graphical quality and gameplay ideas' quality) isn't as great as some larger mods' quality.

About the registration problem, your best chance of solving it is contacting Banshee and explaining the problem clearly. For example, I don't understand from your posts that what doesn't work with the accounts. You said that:

But how do they not work? Are you unable to login or is it some other problem?
