And TD only had Temperate and Desert

Anyways, it's a cool map and all, but I think that the top-left area looks a little plain. Or is that because you need room for the base there?
By the way, since you and J4m both created it, did you start the map completing half of it, then PMing to J4m to finish?

No, TD had Temperate, Desert and Winter. And my patch added RA's Snow theater to the list tongue.gif

Internally there's also a Jungle theater, but that was never actually made.

I got the very first DOS version, with the beta sounds and everything on it. It never contained Jungle theater. The game doesn't even contain any internal tile info for jungle objects; just the tem/win ones and the Desert ones. Many of which, like the cliffs, are still shared anyway, with just different graphics for each theater.

The Theater Ownership flags for the tiles had Jungle disabled on all tiles besides the basic terrain though.

ccwmap editor is what I used.

Hint:It has a folder called "map editor for command & conquer" Yep, all lowercase letters.

Eh, the original ccmap zipfile distribution has no such thing. Must be done by someone who repacked it.

Anyway... ccwmap should have the Winter theater, but you have to make sure you copy the game's mixfiles in there to make it work. Since it needs the DOS version of conquer.mix, I uploaded a version with all stuff included on cncworld:
http://www.cncforums.com/new/local_links.p...93&catid=69

Besides that, I also use XCC Editor, included in the XCC Utilities pack, because unlike CCMap, it can edit the outer borders of the map, which is needed to control where ground troop reinforcements appear when you make missions. A guide for setting up XCC Editor can be found here:
https://forums.cncnet.org/topic/270-campc1-...or-making-maps/

Besides that, I got a few more old map editors, including one that could barely be called graphical, and the original DOS version of CCMap (which was missing all Desert civilian buildings).
