I just want to know, is there a way to copy an aircraft voxel from local.mix (orcatran.vxl for example) and open VSEIII, then change the voxel type to ground instead of air?

If thats the case, then whats the point of clicking new, then pressing type "Ground" or "Air"

What do you mean by HVA anims LKO?
Every voxel needs a HVA.

The header uses different settings.
For ground the unit is adjusted so it is only centred along the horizontal plane along X and Z axis. The lowest point of the unit is on level 0 along the Y axis. Thus the unit touches the ground with the lowest voxel layer.
Aircraft on the other hand are centred in all three axis.

Yep, but only vehicletypes can use an hva anim.
Declare a MMKII as an aircrafttype and you'll see that it doesn't "walks" while flying/moving.
