The Nuke Cannon as seen from TS:Defend And Destroy.

To be like mine, make sure it has the following tags/keys.

CODE
Turret=yes
TurretAnim=PLSECAN
Explosion=NUKEANIM


And in art just use the same coding as EMP Cannon [NAPULS]

The zip includes

Building (RA2 Grand Cannon)
Explosion Anim (RA2 Nuke Bomb)
Nuke Sound (RA2 Nuke Sound)

Is this allowed here? Anyone who wants the graphic can easily take it from RA2 (almost everyone here has it), and the credits go to WW.

As far as I remember buildings don't even need to be converted from RA2, since the palette is the same.. not entirely sure though. I've never tried taking animations from RA2.
