How doesn't print screen work for you?

Press print screen (on your keyboard) open up paint and press CTRL + V and save the picture as a JPG or PNG.

You should really never save JPGs with Paint, it'll kill the quality. I either save images always as PNGs, or when I want to keep the filesize as low as possible I open GIMP, paste the image there and save it as a JPG (Paint uses more compression for JPGs). JPGs saved in GIMP have good quality.
