okay, i've been working on a mod for about 3 months now...
On AI level two they are unstopable...check for the photos in my topic "TS:D&D (Defend And Destroy)"

Lately something happened...I play and Nod AI works well and builds forces of over 40 units.
GDI builds the forces, but they don't build a big base and instead most of it is Component Towers

whos dealed with this, what causes this, and how do you fix it?

EDIT:They don't put anything on the component towers and build far from their bases.

I searched rules ini and found something called the hack section It's the only place with WallTower=
It says WallTower=GACTWR so I do what you said and put in something like GAPOWRUP
