I was searching the files in TS with XCC Mixer and I found the game's rules.ini. I wondered what's the worst that can happen if I edit this file? So I made sams shoot lasers and changed a few other things I can't remember now. What is the worst that can happen?

Worst advice ever.

Don't ever go near TibEd full stop! It makes a mess of .ini files, it's highly recommended you edit .ini files manually using a text editor. Simple stock ones like Notepad or Wordpad are fine, though some people prefer a bit more advanced text editors like Notepad++
