C&C First Decade and the multiplayer, The XIWIS network, and the TS 2.03 version Options

Ok guys I tryed to play TS online first time, but when i try to join a server it sends a message: incorrecet version" or something. I tryed to reinstall the game, clear its folder (im modding) but the problem is still there. I have Command and Conquer The Firs Decade, which includes Tiberian sun 2.03 with Firestorm. PLS help!

you should be fine with just TFD
the only problem i have sometimes is a copy of the art/rules.ini in my tibsun directory and it also gives me an "incorrect version" so take out the rules.ini (if u have one in ur directory) and you should be fine, it doesn't care about the expand01.mix's or anyhting else

Expand01.mix is the Firestorm expansion, which gets loaded only if you click on "Firestorm" in the main menu. Most people on XWIS play normal TS, and removing the expand01 would just make it impossible to play Firestorm.

Btw, if you're running a clean TFD TS installation without the 1.03 community TFD patch you should be able to play in multiplayer just like the owners of normal TS. You must have either modified an original TS .mix file (something I did when I was a noob in modding) or you have the wsock32.dll or other mods in your TS folder.

Now I have another problem. Now I cant play any command & conquer game online...
in red alert 2 its makes a disconnect at custom match, in renegade it sees no servers..
someone could check these games, i think XWIS has gone down.
