Hum-vee Group: Members Posts: 172 Joined: 17-March 09 From: Hungary Member No.: 1,533 Favorite game: Tiberian Sun	Ok guys I tryed to play TS online first time, but when i try to join a server it sends a message: incorrecet version" or something. I tryed to reinstall the game, clear its folder (im modding) but the problem is still there. I have Command and Conquer The Firs Decade, which includes Tiberian sun 2.03 with Firestorm. PLS help! -------------------- The Brotherhood of Nod will rise agin... BTW I have a nice voxel for ya: Unused Tank Destroyer

Cyborg Group: Members Posts: 370 Joined: 22-October 06 From: Flanders (Belgium) Member No.: 97 Alliance: Nod Favorite game: Tiberian Dawn	The solution is to run the games as administrator, and to remove the WSOCK32.dll added by the 1.03 patch (it's a LAN-fixing patch - we didn't know it gave problems with online play when we added it). See also, the Common Problems thread n the TFD section of the official boards. It's possible you also have to remove the firestorm videos addon too; that'd be expand02.mix. It disrupts online play just because it adds some extra videos to the game's videos list - how lame is that? -_- --------------------
