Tibsun.mix -> Conquer.mix as far as I remember (can't check it though, for some reason XCC Mixer shows random numbers for the .mix files' names for me).

check if the files "global mix cache.dat" and "global mix database.dat" are present in your XCC folder.
If not, download the XCC Utils again and copy them in your XCC folder (or replace the broken files).
